I am writing concerning your feature article “Moshin’ with Caution,” (Feb. 23). I think the writer and editors should get the facts right about the story before they publish an article. Brad Morgan, who filed the lawsuit against Hairy Mary’s, was not a Drake University student. He is, in fact, a high school dropout. Also, the case is already over and Hairy Mary’s was found to be 50 percent negligent and Morgan was awarded almost $12,000 in medical expenses and loss of wages. It is just poor journalism to see your paper write articles with incorrect facts and outdated stories. The case started last Monday and ended last Thursday!

I would think a school who prides themselves on journalism would have better writers and editors covering their stories.
