The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 25
- Ryan Buck, 24, Mitchellville, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension and driving under revocation at Michigan Avenue and Ontario Street. He was later released on citation.
- An officer had earlier observed a person driving under revocation in Lot 2. The investigation is continuing and charges are pending.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Enkhtaivan Mills and Melissa Harlan were involved in a property damage collision Lot 36.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a pedestrian at Bissell Road and Union Drive.
- A resident reported being harassed by an unknown person in Larch Hall.
- Kyle Dress, 1106 Friley Hall, reported the theft of a bike at Friley Hall. The incident occurred sometime during the past several days.
- Joseph Ndjerareou, 2102 Buchanan Hall, reported the theft of a bike from Buchanan Hall. The incident occurred sometime during the last two weeks.
- A vehicle was towed following a traffic stop at South 16th Street and Elwood Drive.
- A patron reported the theft of a bag and its contents in Beyer Hall.
- A resident reported the theft of a debit card from her room in Willow Hall.
- Two patrons reported the theft of personal items in Beyer Hall.
Jan. 26
- Craig Mathison, of Hubbard, reported the theft of textbooks in the Gerdin Business Building. The incident occurred Jan. 24.
- A resident reported the theft of a computer from her room in Larch Hall. The item was last seen Jan 20.
- A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance in Eaton Hall.
- Jeff Palmersheim, 219 Lyon Hall, reported damage to his vehicle in Lot S8.
Jan. 27
- Jason Sprecher, 22, 1320 Gateway Park Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Hayward Avenue and Mortensen Parkway.
- Brian Lipsey was cited for fraudulent use of registration on Ontario Street and Minnesota Avenue.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Emily Fifield and Jessica Foley were involved in a property damage collision on Beach Avenue.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Catherine Kasai. The incident occurred on Jan 4.
- Staff members observed a person leave Parks Library with a computer processing unit.
