The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 5
- Steven Becthold, 45, Story City, was arrested and charged with second offense operating while intoxicated at Village Drive and Tripp Street. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
- A staff member reported that someone broke a parking control gate arm at the Memorial Union ramp.
- A resident reported a truck struck a parking sign at Friley Hall.
Feb. 6
- Adam Johnson, 20, and Keith Hanson, 19, both of 3206 Lincoln Way, #3, were cited for underage possession of alcohol at Storm Street and Welch Avenue.
- Kyle Schlapkohl, 18, of 4217 Willow Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Ash Avenue and Lincoln Way.
- Bret Slife, 21, of 3337 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
A passenger in the vehicle, Timothy Ballalatak, 21, of Lovolia, was cited for possession an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
- Jacob Pergande, of 136 Grey Ave., reported damage to a vehicle window in Lot 62.
- An officer on patrol observed damage to two vehicle windows in Lot D.
