• LAndrew Penney, 23, 1133 Northwestern Ave., was arrested on a warrant for serious assault. He was released on 0 percent of $2,000.

• John Rose, 34, 517 E. Lincoln Way, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear for driving under suspension. He pleaded guilty.

• Bradley James Andrew Weber, 43, Ogden, was arrested and charged with third offense, operating while intoxicated. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• David Scott Emen, Jr., 23, 119 Stanton Ave. #624, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance. He was released on $2000 bond.

• Karen Marie Peretti, 23, 121 Beach Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation.

• Eric Michael Salter, 20, 311 Ash Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

• Justin Wayne Frank, 20, 219 Crystal St. #118, was arrested on a warrant for serious assault. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Shawn David Turner, 21, 5521 W. Lincoln Way #4, was arrested and charged with first offense operating while intoxicated, possessing a controlled substance and burglary. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
