The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 18
- A staff member reported the theft of multi-plug electrical adapters from the vending area in the Design College.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Elizabeth Gries and Doug Houser were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 21.
- A resident reported the theft of a bike in Frederiksen Court. The incident occurred sometime since November.
- Christopher Steele, 92 Linden Hall, reported the theft of approximately 200 DVDs from a den in Linden Hall.
- Nicole Nicoletti-Calvert, 26, 23C Schilletter Village, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension at Pammel Drive and Winlock Road; she was subsequently released on citation.
- A community service officer could not verify university affiliation for a person requesting to be let into a locked room in Food Science.
- Murwan Abselbasir reported that a piece of ice struck his windshield, causing damage at Union Drive and Lincoln Way.
Jan. 19
- A staff member reported that graffiti was drawn on two university vehicles in Lot 59E.
- Officers assisted a resident who sustained a cut on his head in Frederiksen Court.
- Kathy Horner, 27C Schilletter Village, reported the theft of boots in Schilletter Village.
Jan. 20
- A fast food delivery worker reported being robbed of his product near the entrance to Buchanan Hall. Neal Sneller, 19, 5128 Buchanan Hall, was later arrested and charged with second degree robbery. The investigation is continuing.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Samantha Beres and Mark Thompson were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 12.
- Two patrons reported the theft of personal items in Beyer Hall.
- Adam Johnson, 3353 Larch Hall, reported the theft of computerized game equipment in Larch Hall.
Jan. 21
- The department received a report of two suspicious males in a female floor hallway in Wilson Hall; officers located the men. Bradley Coffman, 23, of Spencer, was subsequently arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts.
- Officers assisted a student who was experiencing emotional difficulties in the Student Services Building.
