• Isaiah Lee Goetz, 21, 117 13th St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

• Tia Marie Hobbs, 19, 1005 Maxwell Ave., was arrested on warrant for four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Daniel Robert Pepples, Des Moines, was arrested on warrant for failing to appear. He was released after posting bond.

• MaryAnn Dilla, 52, 2024 Northwestern Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. She was released on citation.

• Lavern L. Jarnagin, 39, 137 Hyland Ave. #10, was arrested and charged with violating a no contact order. He was released after posting a $325 bond.
