• John J. Hauersporger, 29, Union, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined.

• Joseph John Hanfelt, 21, 3143 Story St. #3 was arrested and charged with public intoxication and public urination. He was released on citation.

• Justin Lawrence Jackson, 22 4317 Lincoln Swing was arrested and charged with intoxication. He was released on citation.

• Brandon James Postana, 25, 1311 Georgia Ave., was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree theft. He pleaded guilty and was fined $272.

• Mark Roger Smith, 36, 707 Lynn Ave. #9, was arrested and charged with driving while barred. He was released on 0 percent of $6,500.

• Damon Buchannon Clark, 21, 225 Washington Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication, criminal mischief and trespassing. He was released on citation.

• Matthew Murphy, 22, 2606 Ridgetop Road, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.

• Jason L. Robinson, 21, 1110 Top-O-Hollow Road, was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree fraudulent practices. He pleaded guilty.

• Nichole Lecount, 18, 1311 Georgia Ave., was arrested and charged with third-degree theft. He was released on 0 percent of $6,500.
