• Matthew Lee Kuker, 21, 1123 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public urination and interference with official acts. He was released on citation.
• Alexander H. Burds, 19, 203 Ash Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Kim Lavellee, 21, Story City, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree harassment. She pleaded guilty and was fined $100 and costs.
• Demetrius Holmes, 26, 211 N. Hazel Ave., was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree theft. He was released on bond.
• Chad Norman Olson, 30, 225 Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

• Peter James Thayer, 22, Maricopa Dr. #5, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Brock Edward Hodges, 21, 218 Stanton Ave. #14, was arrested and charged with intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Eric R. Mueller, 19, 3209 Willow Hall, was arrested and charged with intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Andrew Lownes, 19, 319 Freel Dr., was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license. He was released on citation.

• Peter Holmes, 24, Gilbert, was arrested and charged with driving while barred. He was released on 0 percent of $6,500.

• Damian C. Knott, 29, 701 B Northwestern Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of marijuana. He was released on citation.
• Sonya McHerron, 37, 328 S. Russell Ave., was arrested and charged with credit card fraud. She was released on 0 percent of $6,500.
• Adam Joseph Card, 25, 1203 Delaware Ave. #2, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear and public intoxication. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office on $15,000 bond.

Dec. 8

• Joshua Warren, 35, Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, interference with official acts, driving while license is suspended, driving while license is revoked, eluding, second-degree theft. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office on $23,100 bond.
