Oct. 26

• A custodian reported losing a pager at Parks Library.
• An expired handicap permit was retrieved from the user at Lot 14.
• A resident reported receiving several harassing telephone calls in Oak-Elm Hall.
• Nicholas Robson, 18, 5205 Willow Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Beyer Court and Union Drive.
• A staff member reported the theft of a fuel cap.

Oct. 27

• Vehicles driven by Larry Snavely of Nevada and Deborah Shaw of Story City were involved in a property damage collision at Hayward Avenue and Lincoln Way.
• Nathan Weiss, 126 Maple Hall, reported that he had been struck by Joshua Hargis, 541 Rudd Road, at the Union Drive Community Center.
• Vehicles driven by Bo Yang, 3315 Roy Key Ave., and Jacob Anderson, 6419 Wilson Hall, were involved in a property damage collision at Lot 21.

Oct. 28

• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Janice Anderson and Mei-Jung Chen were involved in a property damage collision at 13th Street and Stange Road.
• An abandoned vehicle in the traveled portion of the road was towed for safety reasons at Elwood Drive and Lincoln Way.
• The rear window of a vehicle was damaged by a pellet gun at CY Stephens.
• The parents of a student reported their daughter is being harassed by another person.

Oct. 29

• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Junji Kobayashi and Ryan Wiedenhoff were involved in a property damage collision at Pammel Drive and Stange Road.
• A staff member reported damage to a vending machine at Hoover Hall.

Oct. 30

• Christopher Bong, 18, 3341 Larch Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street and Welch Avenue.
• David Kagima, 45, 109 Mulberry Court, was arrested and charged with driving while barred in Lot G2.
• A student reported that a window had been broken in the community center at Union Drive Community Center.
• Caleb Nemmers, 19, 4325 Todd Drive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Lauren Ellingson, 19, Lincoln, Neb., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Christopher Wenck, 20, 4625 Steinbeck St., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Drew Kettwick, 18, 2224 Union Drive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Amy Moeller, 19, 2233 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
