Nov. 7

• David Blanks, 23, 4541 Twain Circle, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on the 200 block of Welch Avenue.
• Officers received a report of persons damaging a parked car in Lot 59A. Dane Beirman, 19, of Johnston, and Zachary Volz, 19, of Urbandale, were arrested and charged with criminal mischief.
• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Stephanie Cameron and Benjamin Bragg were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 59A.
• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Nathan Booth and Jerry Pence were involved in a property damage collision at Lot 65.

Nov. 8

• A staff member at Hoover Hall reported the theft of a snowblower and a gasoline can.
• A wallet was found at the Armory and placed into secure storage.
• Brian Henderson, Boone, reported the theft of a bike at Stephens Auditorium.
• A person reported the theft of a laptop from the third floor of Parks Library.
