  • Jonathan Tepley, 3108 West St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • Jeffrey Calentine, 215 Beach Ave. No. 6, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • William Charles Linahan, 215 Beach Ave. No. 6, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference. He pleaded guilty and was fined $350.
  • Dana Ann Noss, 2215 Storm St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was released on citation.
  • Mitchell Stoulil, 4267 Welch Beyer, was arrested and charged with interference. He pleaded guilty and was fined $250.
  • Michael E. Granger, of Whitebear Lake, Minn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference. He was released on $650 bond.

  • Brandon Michael Price, West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • Joseph Richard Welle, Whitebear Lake, Minn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on $325 bond.
  • Grant Cooper Mulholland, 4912 Mortensen Road No. 923, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • Jared Lee Meinhardt, 3022 Oakland St. No. 2, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol under the legal age. He was released on citation.
  • Scott Robert Groen, Iowa City, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100.
  • Elizabeth Sarah Hotka, 3107 West St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation.
  • Jane Jessine Klocke, 4245 Eisenhower Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation.
  • Jesse E. Conniff, Fort Riley, Kan., was arrested and charged with interference. He pleaded guilty and was fined $250.

  • Jacob Michael Lain, Fort Dodge, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100.
