Oct. 13

• Chad Michael Menz, 23, 721 Crawford Ave. #C, was arrested under a warrant for delivering marijuana. He posted $10,000 bond.

Oct. 14

• Joshua C. Brown, 24, 8232 Dickinson Ave. #9, was arrested and charged with a first offense of operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Anton Shoemaker, 22, 1511 N. Dakota Ave. #1, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver and one count of possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s office.
• Craig William Stotts, 23, 203 S. Maple Ave., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released on 0 percent of $2,500.

Oct. 15

• Larry Eugene Hopkins, 18, 516 N. Dakota Ave., $47, was arrested and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office on $2,000 bond.
• Patrick Henry Brown, 21, Lombard, Ill. was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft. He pleaded guilty and was released on $100 bond and costs.
• Adrienne E. M’Kee, 2138 Sunset Dr., was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of a fake ID and harassment of a public official. She was released on citation.
• Nicholas Joseph Bowden, 20, Omaha, Neb., was arrested and charged with two counts of delivering ecstasy and two counts of failure to provide a tax stamp. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s office on $170,000 bond.

Oct. 16

• Joshua Charles Nordin, 23, 30048 520th Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• David Gary Larson, 21, 3909 Arkansas Dr., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was released on 0 percent of $650.
• Allison Jeaunett Lessenger, 22, 2309 Van Buren Dr., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation to Mary Greeley Medical Center.
• Kenneth Alan Benson, 26, Albert, Minn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on bond.
• Todd Lynn Highland, 28, Gilbert, Ariz., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on bond.
