• Philip L. Knutsen, 18, 3240 Welch Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

• Kyle J. Schroeder, 21, 4912 Mortensen Road #1133, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and public urination. He was released on citation.
• Michael Thomas Tibbles, 22, 2721 West St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Steven Prosise, 21, 2816 Wood St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Kyle Patrick Jubell, 21, 4316 Maricopa St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Ryan Daniel Urbani, 23, 528 Billy Sunday Road, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Casey Leon Schafbuch, 21, 905 Dickinson Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Devlin Lane Lockman, 29, 4810 W. Bend Dr., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Darrel W. Tayor, 43, 617 Grand Ave., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. He was released on citation.

Oct. 3

• Brandon T. Holliway, 24, Old Hickory, Tenn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
