Oct. 21
- Anthony M. Pierce, 49, 504 Stanton Ave., as arrested on a warrant for fraudulent practices. He was released on 0 percent of $2,000.
Oct. 22
- Maria Isabel Torres, 28, 321 Main St., was arrested on a warrant for third degree theft. She was released on 0 percent of $5,000.
- Justin Michael Lawrence, 21, 3139 Story St., was arrested and charged with interference and operating while intoxicated. He was released on bond.
- Janece Lorene Hanson, 34, Boone, was arrested and charged with a first offense of operating while intoxicated. She was released on citation.
- Nichole Socorro Gonzalez, 23, 2410 Chamberlain Ave., was arrested and charged with serious assault. She was released on bond.
- Andrew L. Martin, 29, Chicago, was arrested and charged with assault on a peace officer. He was released on $2,500 surety.
- Bradley Allen, 21, 1106 N. 3rd St., was arrested on three warrants for burglary. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
Oct. 23
- John Francis Hays, Jr., 19, 20910th St., was arrested and charged with third degree burglary. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office on $9,750 bond.
- Nicholas Scott Rivas, 21, West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and trespass. He was released on citation.
- Michael Patton, 25, Duncombe, was arrested and charged with third degree burglary. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office on $9,750 bond.
- Andrew J. Loftus, 19, 2258 Welch Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol. He was released on citation.
