• Alexander Cunningham, 21, 3726 Tripp St. #413, was arrested under a warrant for assault. He was released on $325 surety bond.
• Timothy Matthew Morrison, 39, 816 24th St. #11, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

• Olig Pestovsky, 30, 4324 Westbrook Dr. #13, was arrested and charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated. He was released on $6,500 bond.
• Michael Joseph Robinson, 20, Van Meter, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Crystal Beth Morrow, Iowa City, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on $325 bond.
• Matthew Dale Woodley, 22, 203 S. Maple St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Alex George Flom, 19, Cannon Falls, Minn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on 0 percent of $650.
• Travis Joe Waters, 20, Marne, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on 0 percent of $650.

Oct. 10

• Ricky Thompson, 43, 1327 Douglas Ave., was arrested and charged with serious domestic assault. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• David James Naab, 19, 3133 Story St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Steven Kiewiet Dillavou, 18, 4280 Birch Hall, was arrested and charged with harassment of public officials, public intoxication, possession of alcohol under the legal age, and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Michael Steven Yokiel, 23, 3815 Minnetonka Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Kyle Wayne Vogt, 24, Hartley, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and criminal mischief. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
