• Ryan Michael Magee, 20, Emmetsburg, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol under the legal age. He was released on citation.
• Kyle Joseph Lindahl, 19, 3708 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol under the legal age. He was released on citation.
• Jessica Ann Witt, 19, 301 Lynn Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol under the legal age. She was released on citation.

Sept. 18

• Robert Charles Biel, 21, 218 Stanton Ave. #16, was arrested on a warrant. He was released on $325 bail.
• Aaron John Gensler, 18, 325 Ash Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Lincoln Scott Nichols, 21, 708 Northwestern Ave., was arrested for public intoxication and assault. He was released on citation.
• Shaden F. Sheabar, 18, 227 Gray Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation. Judge Lawrence E. Jahn ordered that the record of the defendant’s conviction be expunged as of Nov. 1, 2006.
• Paul Chris Wacker, 39, 4725 Toronto Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Adam Matthew Barruck, 22, 204 Howard Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
