The information in the blotter comes from arrest records of the ISU Police. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
September 7
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Shannon Lux and William Smith were involved in a property damage collision in parking lot S7.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Jon Canfield and John Golden were involved in a property damage collision in parking lot 45.
- A staff member reported losing a bank deposit bag in Friley Hall on or around Aug. 19.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Leland Parde and Heather Gilroy were involved in a property damage collision in parking lot 59D.
- An officer was informed of a personal injury accident at Lincoln Way and Beach Avenue.
September 8
- A student reported being harassed by an acquaintance at the Memorial Union.
- Dwayne Stammer, 20, 4335 Frederiksen Court, was taken into custody at Frederiksen Court on a harassment-related warrant held by the Story County
sheriff’s office.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Timothy Stewart and David Frazier were involved in a property damage collision in parking lot 37.
- Shaun Fitzgerald, 336 Linden Hall, reported the theft of a stereo from his vehicle in parking lot S4.
- Molly Wilson, 19, 2420 Aspen Road, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance after officers responded to a report that a person had been passed out at Pammel Court Grocery for approximately 40 minutes.
September 9
- Howard Ballew, 31, 151G University Village, was charged with driving under suspension on South Dakota Avenue.
- A staff member at Black Engineering reported the theft of a laser printer.
- Seth Chicas, 2709 Lincoln Way, reported the theft of a bike from the Durham Center.
- A staff member reported graffiti written on a door of Agronomy Hall.
- A student reported losing her passport at Agronomy Hall.
- Steve Miller, 3535 Tripp St., reported the theft of a bike from Gilman Hall.
- A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance at University Village.
September 10
- Meghan Griffin, 70 Linden Hall, reported the theft of a bike from Linden Hall.
- Drew Neirtz, 19, Merriam, Kan., was arrested and charged with selling goods or wares on a transient basis without a permit at Frederiksen Court.
September 11
- Wesley Poppe, 20, Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Lincoln Way and Russell Avenue.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by David Kurata and James Trent were involved in a property damage collision at Lincoln Way and Welch Avenue.
