September 21

• Susan Claire Springer, 4226 Eisenhower Ct., was arrested and charged with her second offense of operating while intoxicated. She was released on bond.
• Michael Shuler, 38, 2207 Melrose Ave., was arrested and charged with probation violation. He was released to the Story County sheriff’s office.

September 22

• Shawn Javes Walker, 33, 610 516th St., was arrested for public intoxication. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Richard Gene Fuss, 33, 1006 Dayton Ave. #40, was arrested and charged with simple assault and hate crimes. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Amanda Trevino Martino, 24, 1520 Kentucky Ave., was arrested under a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended. She pleaded guilty and was fined.

September 23

• Matthew Henry Dobbs, 24, 85 Lincoln Hwy Apt. 4, Nevada, was arrested under a warrant for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree theft in Polk County. He was taken to the county line for transfer.
• Brent Eugene Leon Allen, 19, 1106 N. Third St., was arrested and charged with burglary third degree and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Paul Richard Roberts, 22, 3139 Story St., was arrested under a warrant for public intoxication and harassment. He was released on own recognizance after pleading guilty.
• Cason T. Clark, 19, 305 21st St., was arrested on a warrant for public intoxication. He plead guilty and was fined.
