• Fred Bruce Cirksena, 25, 223 S. Sherman Ave., was arrested and charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.
• Ryan Robert Schweers, 20, 2412 Knapp St., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation.
• William Leon Schumann, 34, 317 Apple St., was arrested and charged with serious domestic assault. He was released on citation.
• Drew Paul Neitz, Shawnee Mission, Kan., was arrested and charged as a transient merchant. He pleaded guilty and was released.

September 12

• Robert J.W. Gilmore, 18, Johnston, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $200, plus court costs.
• Todd Daniel Green, 19, 2225 Roberts Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

September 14

• Bryon Lynn Gamble, 26, 516 N. Dakota Ave. #51, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Larry Eugene Hopkins, 18, 516 N. Dakota Ave., #29, was arrested and charged with probation violations for fifth-degree theft. He was released on 0 percent of $325.
• Angela R. Reis, 28, Story City, was arrested and charged with first-degree theft, first-degree fraud, two counts of identity theft and two counts of tampering with records. She was released on 0 percent of $60,000.
