Police Blotter

The information in the blotter comes from arrest records of the ISU Police. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

September 14

  • Sarah Wakefield, 21, 2303 Melrose Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at the 100 block of South Dakota Avenue.
  • A staff member reported receiving a harassing telephone call at the Palmer Building.
  • Vehicles owned and/or driven by Brittany Brown and David Walker were involved in a property damage collision at the intersection of 13th Street and Stange Road.

September 15

  • A student reported losing a wallet at the Union Drive Community Center.
  • A resident reported the theft and subsequent unauthorized use of a credit card at Buchanan Hall. The incident occurred on or about Aug. 27.

September 17

  • Mica Magee, 18, 221 Maple Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at the intersection of Chamberlain Street and Hayward Avenue.
  • Kyle Lindahl, 19, 3708 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol at Friley Hall.
  • A staff member reported the theft of a gas cap and other items from a vehicle in Parking Lot 59.
  • Cara Anastasi, 22, 508 Howard St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at the 100 block of Welch Ave.

September 18

  • Lincoln Nicholas, 21, 3370 Larch Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at the 100 block of Welch Avenue.
  • Kylie Ludeman, 20, Nevada, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
  • Bradley Halverson, 20, 2121 Sunset Dr., was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
  • Officers seized a number of T-shirts being sold without a permit.
  • Jamilee Sierck, 20, Spencer, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
  • Shane Brockhoff, 19, 4912 Mortensen Rd., and Cody Jensen, 19, 5518 Friley Hall, were cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Kevin Dow, 20, 2121 Sunset Dr., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Gary Faith, 20, 4404 Toronto Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Margaret Owen, 20, 519 Welch Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Luke Novak, 18, 4401 Friley Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Logan Wallace, 20, and Christopher Moore, 18, both of 1338 Larch Hall, were cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Mark Nieman, 20, Earlville, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Felix Garcia reported the theft of a chair from his residence hall room at Welch Hall. The incident occurred on Sept. 14.
  • Kyle Boettger, 20, Shelby, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G2.
  • Shaden Sheabar, 18, West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public intoxication in parking lot S4. Judge Lawrence E. Jahn ordered that the record of the defendant’s conviction be expunged as of Nov. 1, 2006.
  • A patron reported the theft of a wallet at Jack Trice Stadium. The item was later recovered.
  • Paul Knosby, 19, 5309 Valley Rd., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in parking lot G3.
  • Daniel Haas, 22, 4912 Mortensen Rd., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at South 16th Street and Elwood Drive.
  • Vehicles owned and/or driven by Melissa Wilmarth and Jared Kline were involved in a property damage collision in parking lot 61.
  • A vehicle registered to John Krausman was damaged in parking lot G4.
  • Adam Barrick, 22, 204 Howard Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication in parking lot G2.
  • Ryan Zittritsch reported the theft of a personalized license plate in parking lot G3.
