• Timothy Lee Fisher Jr., 24, 4368 S. Garfield Rd., Auburn, Mich., was arrested and charged with assault with willful injury. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s office.
• Jeffrey Allen Huges, 48749 Shikey Way, was arrested and charged with assault with willful injury. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s office.
• Brian Joseph Monahan, 28, 701 Jay St., Churdan, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and open container. He was released on citation.

• Thomas Gerald Schomers, 51, 516 28th St. #101, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Adam John Hotz, 21, 200 Stanton Ave. #602, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of marijuana. He was released on citation.
• Jose Rosale, 35, 3306 Grand Ave. #1, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and 5th degree theft. He was taken to Story County Sheriff’s office.
• Terri Mimes, 19, 124 Welch Ave. #9, was arrested under a warrant.
• Jo Ann Clemenson, 56, 202 E. Lincoln Way #103, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation.

September 8

• Troy Harley Jorgensen, 21, 2815 Patton Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Bryan Bulau, 39, 113 5th St. #204, was arrested under a warrant for assault. He was released on 0 percent of $2,000.

September 9

• Debra Marie Sporrer, 19, 1215 N. Hyland Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Joshua Lee Rasmusson, 26, 3427 Polaris Dr. #5, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Andrew Johnston Bohnker, 23, 51738 140th St., Story City, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
