June 27

  • James Venes, 25, 2006 Taylor Circle, was charged with driving under suspension in the area of Blankenburg Drive and Stange Road.

June 28

  • Anne Offerman, 21, 415 Walnut Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in the area of South 4th Street and Riverside Drive.
  • A staff member reported damage to a parking sign in the area of Lot 21.
  • Vehicles owned and/or driven by Jonathon Vial and William Scieszinsky were involved in a personal injury collision on Bissell Road.
  • Officers initiated a computer-related investigation at the Armory.
  • A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Michaeleen Gerken in the area of Lot 68.

June 29

  • Mason Kruse-Hoyer, 22, Mount Pleasant, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in the area of Lincoln Way and South Dakota Avenue.
  • A staff member reported damage to a wall in Curtiss Hall.
  • Vehicles owned and/or driven by Derrick Lehman and Stacy Colclasure were involved in a property damage collision in the area of the Memorial Union.
  • Officers assisted a juvenile who fell in Roberts Hall.

June 30

  • A custodian reported the theft of a two-way radio and charger from Atanasoff Hall.

June 2

  • Travis Thein, 21, Monticello, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in the area of Sheldon Avenue and Lincoln Way.
  • Ryan Beaston, 19, Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, underage possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, and interference with official acts in the area of Wallace Road.
  • A staff member reported the theft of a radio from Science II.
  • Timothy Veale, 29, Boone, was charged with driving under suspension in the area of South 4th Street and Elwood Drive.

June 3

  • Nathan Simonson, 21, Callender, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in the area of Kildee Street and Agg Avenue.
  • Karim Odlum, 35, 302 8th St., was charged with driving under suspension in the area of Sheldon Avenue and Lincoln Way.
  • Bradley Cory, 21, Altoona, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and driving under suspension in the area of Mortensen Parkway and Little Bluestem Court.
  • An abandoned scooter was placed into storage until the owner can be contacted. Scooter was found in or near Hoover Hall.
