• Robert Paul Reuben, 18, 2827 Eisenhower Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.

• Arnold Keith Tiegen, 46, 105 Mulburry St., was arrested and charged with public consumption of alcohol, aggravated public intoxication, and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Story County sheriff’s office.

• Kyle Jubell, 21, 4316 Maricopa St., was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He was released on bail.

• James Tirril Perry, 27, 616 9th St., was arrested and charged with driving while barred. He was released on bail.
