I am writing in response to Jim Madison’s letter on May 20 regarding the Iraqi prison abuse.

I find it sad and oddly amusing that such a strong supporter of the war unwittingly admitted that he does not think the military is capable of stopping the abuse. Regarding his “namby-pamby” comment, well, if only cry-babies care about torture and rape, then please pass the tissues.
