• Anthony Bandiero, Maxwell, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft. He was released on citation.
• Debra Pospisil, 301 Wellons Circle Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was released on citation.

April 4

• Douglas Jelton, St. Louis Park, Minn., was arrested and charged with possession of a marijuana. He was released on zero percent of $2000.
• Lucas Bealer, West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with interference with police business and released on zero percent of $325.
• Jacon Krogman, Clinton, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transferred to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
