March 28
- Wendell Bivens, Des Moines, was arrested on warrant for a simple assault charge. He was released to Hamilton County.
- Scott Rohloff, 240 Raphael Ave., was arrested on warrant for a disturbance charge. He was released to Hamilton County.
- Donald Ross Manith, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for an intoxication charge. He was released and given time to pay.
- Peter Sitzmann, 811 Delaware Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of a no-contact order. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
March 29
- Molly Wilson, 1712 Coolidge Dr., was arrested and charged with driving under revocation. She was released on citation.
March 30
- Kent Spillers, 409 1/2 Douglas Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
- Jackie Kelly, 3917 Tripp St. #7, was arrested on a warrant for a fourth-degree criminal mischief charge. She was released on zero percent of $1,950.
- Donald Duong, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for a failure to pay a ticket for public urination charge. He was released on bond.
March 31
- James Cheate, New Providence, was arrested and charged with simple assault. He was released on zero percent of $600.
- David Montgomery, Nevada, was arrested and charged with simple assault. He was released on zero percent of $600.
- David Lynch, Nevada, was arrested and charged with simple assault. He was released on zero percent of $900.
- Derrek Webster, 3230 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with delivery of a controlled substance and violation of Iowa tax stamp law. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Neal Kramer, 300 Stanton Ave., was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver and violation of Iowa tax stamp law. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Mark Manfull, 325 S. Walnut Ave., was arrested on a warrant for a fifth-degree theft charge. He was released on bail.
- Diana Bustamante, 715 Wisconsin Ave. #6, was arrested on a warrant for a failure to appear charge. He was released to Ida County.
- Eloy Perer, 7353 Larch Hall, was arrested on possession for marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges. He was released on citation.
