• Roy Van Middlesworth, Galesburg, Ill., was arrested and charged with intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined.
• Michael Wright, 3203 West St. #2, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana and cocaine. He was transferred to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
• Peter Buruheau, Holyoke, Mass., was arrested and charged with fifth degree theft and was released on 0 percent of $500.
• Ryan Chamberlin, 1404 16th St., was arrested on a warrant for an operating while intoxicated charge and a failure to appear in court charge. He was released to Warren County.

• Tyler Carson, West Des Moines, was arrested and charge public intoxication. He was released on $325 bond.
• Justin Vetter, 4719 Mortensen Rd. #208, was arrested and charged with intoxication, interference with police acts and disorderly conduct.
• Jerry Martin, 600 Crawford Ave., was arrested on a warrant for a contempt of court charge. He was released on $50 bond.
• Michael Meeker Jr., Randall, was arrested and charged with intoxication and disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty and was fined.
• Robert Olson, Mason City, was arrested and charged with serious assault. He was released on 0 percent of $1,950.

• Melissa Gatson, 226 21st St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was released on $6,500 bond.
