• Owi Olugbenga, 200 Stanton Ave. #407, was arrested and charged with trespassing. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

April 22

• Jon Kluza, Council Bluffs, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, assault, intoxication and paraphernalia. He was released on a $4,550 bond.
