Police Blotter

March 12

  • Ernest Roberts III, Tama, was charged with intoxication. He pleaded guilty, was fined and released.
  • Jason Zimmerman, 2120 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • Kyle Gragert, 209 N. Hyland Ave. #5, was arrested and charged with intoxication, disorderly conduct, and interference. He was released on zero percent of $1,000.
  • Petra Salazar, 4025 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with third-degree theft. She was released by the judge on her own recognizance.
  • Rachon Nichols, 4370 Maricopa Dr. #20, was arrested and charged with second-degree theft and filing a false report. He was released on zero percent of $12,000.
  • Clayton Gish, 120 McDonald Dr., was arrested on a warrant for a bootlegging charge. He was released on $325 bond.
  • Benjamin Holten, Boone, was arrested and charged with second offense of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $6,500 bond.

March 13

  • Jarett Klein, Knapp Street and Stanton Avenue, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and driving under suspension. He was released on citation.
  • Adam Roark, 3809 Quebec Ave., was arrested and charged with intoxication and released on citation.
  • Martin Lucas Jr., 644 Squaw Creek Dr. #30, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and harassing a public officer. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

March 14

  • Brett Walker, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on $325 cash bond.
  • Wayne A. Smith, Nevada, was arrested on a warrant for a driving under suspension charge. He was released on zero percent of $325.

March 15

  • Derek Alleman, Nevada, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference. He pleaded guilty and was fined.
  • Noe Teller-Santos, 202 S. Sherman Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and having no drivers license or insurance. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Steven Kyle, 323 S. 2nd St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

March 17

  • Dennis Haislip, 208 S. Dayton Ave. #1, was arrested and charged with serious assault. He was released on zero percent of $1,950.
  • Asa Stevens, 24656 Sandhill, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation, possession of crack cocaine and possible drug paraphernalia charges. He was transferred to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Moses Nathaniel, 420 S. 7th St. #D34, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and crack cocaine and possible drug paraphernalia. He was released on zero percent of $5,000.
  • Hui Wong, 121 University Village #D, was arrested on a warrant for a second-degree burglary charge. Wong was released on zero percent of $50,000.
  • Tyanne Deal, 628 Meadow Park Lane, was arrested and charged with intoxication and possession of alcohol and was released on citation.

March 18

  • Evan M. Basler, 1007 Lincoln Way #8, was arrested and charged with intoxication and was released on citation.
  • Deborah L. Lawson, 6737 N. 4th St., was arrested on a warrant for a forgery charge and a warrant for a third-degree theft charge. She was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
