• Elick Verdulla, Marshalltown, was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

February 11

• Peter Mosha, 156 University Village, was arrested on a warrant for a second degree criminal mischief charge. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
• Kevin Hewitt, 2279 E. 19th St., was arrested on a warrant for a contempt of court charge for fifth degree theft, contempt of court for interference with police matters and driving while suspended.
• Jane Milam, 1321 Nixon Circle, was arrested on a warrant for 11 charges of forgery.
