February 12
- Debera Hurley, Boone, was arrested on charges of first degree theft and fraudulent practice. She was released on zero percent of $170,000.
- Brian Grady, 2279 E. 190th St. #27, was arrested on a warrant for a contempt of court charge. He was taken to the Story County jail.
- Rachel Bennett, 1533 Carroll Ave., was arrested on a warrant for fifth degree theft, failure to appear and operating while intoxicated charges. She was released on citation and turned over to Hamilton County.
February 13
- William Enger, 219 Crystal St. #111, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Jeffery Kemmerer, no address, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $147.
- Tom Sievers, 1006 S. Dayton Ave. #34, was arrested on a charge of simiple domestic assault. He was released on $7,500.
February 14
- Juan Saldana, 1909 Maxwell Ave., was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was released on zero percent of $7,500.
- Mark Eddy Jr., 313 Stanton Ave. #15, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Nicholas Ericksin, Omaha, Neb., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. He was released on zero percent of $325.
- Jon Greiner, 4329 Lincoln Swing #17, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
- Sylvia Underwood, 1011 Mesa Verde Pl., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. She was released on citation.
- Kevin Miller, 4370 Maricopa Dr. #106, was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
