• James Askren, 1209 N. Dakota Ave. #3, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft and assault. He was released on zero percent of $650.
• Kimberly Davis, 1204 N. Dakota Ave. #3, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance. She was released on citation.
• Robert Fountain, no address, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Andrea Penny, 1133 Northwestern Ave., was arrested on a warrant for bootlegging, failure to appear and failing to provide insurance charges. She was released on bond.
• Brent Clarboor, 411 Welch Ave., was arrested and charged with intoxication. He was released on citation.
