February 22
- Mealanie Torrie, 624 Jewel Drive, was arrested on a warrant for a public intoxication charge. She pleaded guilty.
February 23
- John D. Tucker, 614 Meadow Place, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court and a warrant for an operating while intoxicated charge. He was released on 0 percent of $2,000.
- Penelope R. Houston, 1006 S. Dayton Ave. #13, was arrested on a charge of harassment. He pleaded guilty and was released.
- Jeffrey Kemmer, no permanent address, was arrested on a warrant for a public intoxication charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined.
February 24
- Sedric Thomas, no address available, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He was transferred to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and released on $2,000 bond.
- Rebecca McMillen, 2917 Heathrow Drive #37, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and driving while restricted. She was released on 0 percent of $8,000.
February 25
- Rannawe Moore, 4605 Ontario St., was arrested on a warrant for a failure to appear on a charge of fifth-degree theft charge. Moore was transferred to Cerro Gordo County.
- Jeffrey Frost, 1507 Duff Ave., was arrested on a charge of intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Sharon Frost, 1507 Duff Ave., was arrested on a charge of intoxication. She was released on citation.
- Stephen Schmittey, 2917 Heathrow Drive #37, was arrested on a warrant for an aggravated domestic assault charge. He was transferred to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
