January 23
- Brian Studt, 21, 110 McDonald Dr., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in Lot 21.
- Alan McNew, 23, 114 Campus Ave., was charged with simple assault at Sheldon Avenue and Lincoln Way.
- Kirunda Kiruthi, 4112 Westbrook Dr., reported the theft of a passport at the Memorial Union.
- An FP&M staff member reported the theft of tools at Town Engineering.
- A staff member reported damage to a dock door at Hoover Hall.
- Adam Forbes, 4121 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of video games from his apartment.
- Susan Lammers reported the theft of a personalized license plate in Lot 80.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Sheena Schreck in Lot 53.
- Jose Cabas, 33, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Hilton Coliseum.
- Levi Curtis, 22, Lewis, was arrested and charged with public intoxication in Welch Hall.
- Officers discovered that someone had attempted to burn several ceiling tiles at Knapp Hall.
January 24
* Alvin Spencer, 40, 225 South Kellogg Ave., was charged with driving under suspension at Stanton Avenue and Lincoln way.
- Max Highland, 24, 103 North Wilmoth Street, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Knapp Street and Lynn Avenue.
- Katherine Harrington, 20, 4709 Steinbeck St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Mortensen Road.
- A staff member reported some type of writing on two doors at Pearson Hall.
- A car stereo was forcibly removed from a parked vehicle in Lot 57.
- Joshua Kline, 18, 512 Maple Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hilton Coliseum.
- Hans Frey, 22, Spearfish, S.D., was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Hilton Coliseum.
- William Kopp, 29, 6090 Marie Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Hilton Coliseum.
