Police Blotter

January 25

  • Gregory Gill, 278 Village Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • Fernando Careajac, Ellsworth, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and on a warrant for burglary. He was transported to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

January 26

  • Dezirae Davis was arrested and charged with interference with a police investigation, fifth-degree theft and possession of alcohol. She was released on citation.

January 27

  • Lee Cotton, Marshalltown, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Diane Maxwell, 215 Stanton Ave. #501, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on citation.
  • David Kasper, 215 Stanton Ave. #501, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
  • Brett Walker, 4606 Ontario St. #8, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, trespassing and criminal mischief. He was released on citation.
  • Michael Elfgen, 114 Waterfront Dr., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and trespassing. He pleaded guilty and was fined $300.
  • Ryan Kvach, 1125 Florida Ave. #516, was arrested and charged with driving while barred. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

January 28

  • Eric Paxton, 3423 Wilson Hall, was arrested on a warrant for a failure to appear in court for domestic assault charge. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Andrew Shannon-Diltons, 2810 Grand Ave. #3, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and failure to acquire a tax stamp. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Mineu Vahud, 2810 Grand Ave. #3, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and failure to acquire a tax stamp. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Amanda Runia, 211 S. Hyland Ave. #2, was arrested on a warrant for four charges of credit fraud.
