- David Turner, 320 Hillcrest Ave. #20, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
January 23
- Nathan Smith, Bondurant, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, He war released in zero percent of $2,000.
- Josie Carles, no address, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
January 24
- Levi Curtis, Council Bluffs, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Jeffrey Nissen, 216 Stanton Ave. #303, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Austin Burgette, 2644 Hunt St., was arrested and charged with serious assault and public intoxication. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Samuel Assmann, 431 Welch Ave., was arrested and charged with serious assault and public intoxication. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Max Highland, 103 N. Wilmouth Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Hans Frey, no address, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100.
- Cody Schaben, Dunlap, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on zero percent of $500.
- William Kopp, Corta, Va., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100.
