January 13
- Steven Munn, 2342 Hilton Ct., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.

- Chad Weltha, 612 S. 16th St. #23, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
- Catherine Dugan, 4330 Maricopa Dr., was arrested on a warrant for a second-degree theft charge. She was released on zero percent of $8,500 bond.
- Tad Walker, Nevada, was arrested on a warrant for a fifth-degree theft charge. He was released on $500 bond.
- Jerri Mimes, 217 S. Fifth St. #2, was arrested on a warrant for a trespassing charge. He was released on zero percent on $325 bond.
January 15
- Robert Fountain, 1316 S. Duff Ave. #80, was arrested and charged with simple assault. He was released on zero percent on $325 bond.
- Mary Waltemeyer, Boone, was arrested and charged with possession of a precursor, possession of ephedra and conspiracy to manufacture. She was transported to the Story County Jail.
- Justin Waltemeyer, Boone, was arrested and charged fifth-degree theft, possession of a precursor, possession of ephedra and conspiracy to manufacture. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
- Tamara Boswell, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and striking another vehicle. She was released on zero percent of $1,950 bond and citation.
- Heather Arnold, 2834 West St. #202, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. She was released on her own recognizance.
