January 2
- A staff member reported the theft of a computer at the General Services uilding.
- Officers spoke with a resident who was acting in a suspicious manner at Friley Hall.
- A Frederiksen Court resident reported the theft of several video disks from their residence.
January 3
- George Madiedo, 22, 218 Howard Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication on Sheldon Avenue.
- Elisha Gibbens, 23, Runnells, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Hyland Avenue.
- Matthew Wierson, 18, 2751 Cleveland Dr., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Hyland Avenue and Pammel Drive.
January 4
- Sean Thomas, 22, Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on 6th Street and Elwood Drive.
- Erin Dose, 20, 2315 Knapp St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Ash Avenue and Lincoln Way.
January 6
- Martin Egemo, 24, 3021 Oakland St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Chamberlain Street and Welch Avenue.
- A staff member reported the theft of computer accessories at Hoover Hall.
- A staff member reported the theft of a laptop computer at Hoover Hall. The incident occurred sometime since Dec. 21.
- Officers assisted residents who were having a verbal dispute at University Village after receiving a call about a domestic disturbance.
- A disabled vehicle was towed at South 16th Street and Elwood Drive because it was a traffic hazard.
January 9
- Virgil Widger, 22, 2627 Kent Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Union Drive and Welch Road.
