January 3
- George Macliedo, 2136 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and was released on citation.
- Stacy Weigel, no address, was arrested and charged with failure to pay, was arrested on a warrant for a public intoxication charge, and was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
January 4
- Jon Gireiwer, 4329 Lincoln Swing #17, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- David Jones, 4329 Lincoln Swing #17, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. He was released on zero percent of $2,500 bond.
- Edward Yokiel, Boone, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and eluding authorities. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Erin Dose, 1223 Knapp St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on zero percent of $2,500 bond.
- Daniel Forrester, 415 S. Walnut Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic aggravated assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Patrick Brittain, Marshalltown, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He pleaded guilty on $100 bail.
- Robert Weishaubt, Albion, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and criminal mischief. He pleaded guilty.
- Joann Clemenson, Story City, was arrested on a warrant for a public intoxication charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined.
January 6
- Kathy Carter, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
January 7
- Jeffrey Lambert, no address, was arrested on a warrant for a no contact order charge and a warrant for probation revocation. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Davey Stephens, 1006 Lincoln Way #302, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.

- Dale Cram, 319 19th St., was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation.

- Wanda Hubbard, 1002 Yuma St., was arrested and charged with child endangerment. She released on zero percent of $10,000 bond.
- Christopher Stein, no address, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
- Shawn Richmond, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with trespassing and simple domestic assault. He was released on zero percent of $650.

- Matthew Tiarks, Douglas, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Anthony Rhodd, 111 N. Sherman Ave., was arrested on a warrant for third- and second-degree burglary charges. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

- Eric Thorson, 4728 Todd Dr., was arrested and charged with assault and interference with a police investigation. He was released on zero percent of $650.
- Les Lepon, 129 Kingsbury Ave. #3, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation.
- Bankole Agbase, 3010 Regency Ct. #45, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. He was released on $12,000 bond.
- Adam Harms, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver psilocybin mushrooms. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
