Matthew Delger, 112 Linden Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and harassment of a public official. He was released on his own recognizance.
Raven Smith, 3302 Larch Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and harassment of a public official. He was released on citation.
Brent Perz, 401 Hayward Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
Mundit Mundit, Marshalltown, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
Jason Reicks, 3835 Phoenix St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
Pauline Stevnssalerno, Huxley, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was released on zero percent of $2,5000.

January 18

Nicholas Caratelli, 4912 Mortensen Road #734, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation.
Brock Bixler, Cedar Rapids, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He pled guilty and was fined.
Mitchell Almeida, Omaha, Neb., was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
Daniel Stewart, 312 Maple Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation.
Hipolito Santos Calva, 2823 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
Catherine Nelson, 3718 Tripp St. #107, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was released on citation.
