LETTER: Kerry is strongest presidential hopeful
December 3, 2003
Which democratic candidate is most likely to beat President Bush?
It’s not Dick Gephardt, and it’s not Howard Dean. CNN, USA Today, ABC News, Gallup and the Washington Post all confirm John Kerry is in the strongest position to take back the White House for the Democratic Party.
I know the field of Democrats is crowded, but I believe John Kerry not only has a great record of leadership on issues like the environment and foreign policy, but he is the one candidate who is most likely to be elected and do some real good for this country.
