• Wendi Butler, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a parking violation. She was released on bond and forfeiture of collateral.
• Taesoon Glenn, 4300 Westbrook #53, was arrested for simple domestic assault. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
• Margarito Zapata-Juarez, 6100 W. Lincoln Way #53, was arrested for public intoxication. She was released on citation.
• David Smith, Grand Junction, was arrested for fourth-degree theft. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
• Timothy Leavy, New Providence, was arrested for driving while barred. He was released on $6,500 surety bond.

November 29

• Todd Atherly, 2150 Ashmore Ct., was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Sonja Scigliano, 703 Stanton Ave., was arrested for domestic abuse. She was released on zero percent of $650.
