The information in the log comes from ISU Police records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
November 26
- Daniel Locasha, 22, West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Stanton Avenue.
- A bicycle operated by Peng Lu struck a motor vehicle; there were no injuries at Pammel Drive and Stange Road.
November 27
- Michael Heintz, 30, Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Mortensen Road. It was later determined that the vehicle had struck a building in the downtown area and left the scene.
November 29
- A resident was taken into custody on a probation violation warrant held by the Story County Sheriff’s Office at Wilson Hall.
- Benjamin Honig, 1266 Welch Hall, reported the theft of a license plate at the Memorial Union Ramp.
November 30
- A resident reported damage to a vending machine. Items contained inside were also stolen at Friley Hall.
- Jeremy Meierotto, 24, 214 S. Hyland Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Mortensen Road.
- A resident reported that a man exposed himself and then ran toward Lot 50 at Elm Hall. The suspect is described as a white male with brown hair, wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, and a dark jacket.
