November 9

• Micha Kilt, Manhattan, Kan., was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was released.
• Jonathan Hill, Fort Dodge, was arrested for serious assault. He was released on his own recognizance.

November 10

• Ann Klein, 1125 N. Dakota Ave., was arrested for three counts of driving under suspension, having no insurance, and having no registration. She was released on her own recognizance and zero percent of $1,000.
• Roy Meier, Des Moines, was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded guilty.
