The information in the log comes from ISU Police records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
November 12
- A staff member reported the theft of electronic equipment at the Purchasing Warehouse.
- Brian Johnson, Nevada, reported damage to several cars caused by the wind blowing items into them at Lot C5.
- A person reported being harassed by an individual who was upset about a damaged car at Lot 3.
- A student reported the theft of money from a wallet at the Memorial Union.
- A resident reported being harassed by another motorist at University Village.
- Louis Oliver, 19, 6228 Frederiksen Court, was cited for simple misdemeanor harassment at Maple Hall.
- A homeless man was transported to a local shelter for food and lodging at the Memorial Union.
November 13
- A car that left the scene struck three parked vehicles. The driver of the vehicle, Joshua Rinehart, 5125 Frederiksen Court, was later identified and charged with careless driving at Lot 112.
- Paul Keller, 1303 Wallace Hall, reported the theft of stereo equipment from his vehicle at Lot 61.
- A staff member reported the theft of a monitor and a projector at Gilman Hall.
- An officer observed a vehicle with a broken window. The owner, Benjamin Lofton, 3687 Helser Hall, was subsequently contacted at Lot 61.
- A staff member reported the theft of electronic equipment from the auditorium at Carver Hall.
- A staff member reported damage to a computer shelf at Gilman Hall. The incident occurred sometime during the past two weeks.
- An individual reported the theft of a wallet at the Armory. The incident occurred on Sept. 30.
- A student reported receiving a harassing letter at Hamilton Hall.
- A student reported the unauthorized use of a bank card at the Armory.
- Officers assisted a resident who had consumed an unknown amount of medication and alcohol at Wallace Hall. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment and observation.
November 14
- A resident reported receiving several harassing telephone calls at Friley Hall.
- Abigail Steiner, 18, 7245 Willow Hall, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Lot 63.
- Kathryn Allen, 22, 2519 Hunt St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Sheldon Avenue and Lincoln Way.
- Kevin Hendrickson, 22, 304 Lynn Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Bissell Road and Union Drive.
- A staff member reported the theft of video equipment at East Hall.
- An out-of-state resident reported he had not received the item he had purchased through an electronic auction service at the Armory. The seller was contacted and the money returned to the victim.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Leah Allen and Michael Taylor were involved in a property damage collision at Mortensen Road.
- Lam Tran, 105 Maple Hall, reported damage to several parked vehicles at Lot S7.
- Kristi Zick, 3323 Wallace Hall, reported damage to her vehicle at Lot 61.
- A staff member reported a vehicle at the Memorial Union Ramp left the ramp without paying for parking services.
