• Janet Michelsen, 918 N. Garfield, was arrested for simple assault. She was released on citation.
• Bret Veren, 512 Hayward Ave., was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.

October 26

• Vincente Marin, 4605 Ontario Ave. #6, was arrested for operating while intoxicated.
• Joshua Olson, 108 Colorado, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Dante Cox, 1003 N. Hyland Ave., was cited for a nuisance violation for a party. He was released on zero percent of $500.
• Carpio Galileo, 5615 Lincoln Way #19, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Reynaldo Guzman, no address, was arrested for public intoxication and serious assault. He was released to Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $2,500 bond.

October 27

• Rebecca Erickson, Houston, Texas, was arrested on four counts of livestock neglect. She was released on zero percent of $1,300.
• Amanda Bass, Fort Dodge, was arrested for fifth degree theft. He was released and given time to pay.
• Erick Parenti, Larks, Colo., was arrested for a transient merchant violation. He was released on $325 bond.

October 29

• Justin Crandall, Owenboro, Ky, was arrested for obtaining a prescription falsely. He was released on a $2,000 bond.
