October 14

• A resident reported receiving harassing telephone calls at Helser Hall.
• Morgan Hayhoe, 21, 4416 Toronto St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Hunt Street and Sheldon Avenue.
• A staff member reported finding a counterfeit five-dollar bill at Hawthorn Court Community Center.
• A student reported being harassed by a staff member at Veterinary Medicine.
• Alyssa Bents, 3731 Helser Hall, reported the theft of a book bag at Parks Library.
• Christine Williams, 18, 2242 Willow Hall, was arrested on warrants, charging her with harassment and making a false report to a public safety entity at Willow Hall.

October 15

• Jonathan Anderson, 23, 2803 Wessex Dr., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was also taken into custody on an Ames Police Department warrant for failing to appear on a public intoxication charge.
• A staff member reported the theft of artwork from the building at Catt Hall.
• A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance at Helser Hall.
• A resident reported the theft of a wallet at Willow Hall.
• A resident reported seeing a man looking into apartment windows at buildings 72 and 74 at Frederiksen Court. He fled the area when observed by the complainant.
