• Bambi Olson, 439 S. Maple Ave. #4, was arrested for fraud with lottery tickets. She was released on zero percent of $10,000.
• Eric Joesting, 1411 Delaware Ave., was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamines. He was released on zero percent of $2,000.
• Diana Bustamante, 1411 Delaware Ave., was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamines. She was released on zero percent of $2,000. She was transferred to the Ida County Sheriff’s Office.
• Jessica Saldana-Wilson, 1316 S. Duff Ave. #36, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. She was released on citation.

September 26

• Clint Rothfus, Ankeny, was arrested for violation of probation on an operating while intoxicated warrant. He was released on zero percent of $2,000.
• Dana Noss, 2215 Storm St., was arrested on fifth-degree theft. She was released on $325 bond.
• Terrance Jones, Marshalltown, was arrested on fifth-degree theft. He was released on citation.

• James Dolmuge, 300 Stanton Ave. #608, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Russell Popp, 422 6th St., was arrested for operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Eli Rohlf, 3440 Woodland St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay regarding an interference with official acts charge. He was released on $500 bond.

September 28

• Cody Ray, 4128 Frederiksen Court, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Donna Gregory, Fort Dodge, was arrested on two counts for possession of precursors and conspiracy to manufacture. She was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
• Wayne Marwitzer, Fort Dodge, was arrested on two counts for possession of precursors. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

September 29

• Michael Hurt, 202 E. Lincoln Way #101, was arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor and lascivious conduct with a minor. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
• Walter Baptiste, 1005 Maxwell Ave., was arrested on a warrant for trespass and contempt of court failure to pay on a simple assault charge. He pled guilty and was fined.
• Sebastian Cabrera, 4737 Toronto St. #2, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.

September 30

• Jose Pachico-Vazquez, Iowa City, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. He was released on zero percent of $2,000.
• Shawn Fuitian, 517 E. Lincoln Way, was arrested on warrants for contempt of court and failure to pay. He was released on zero percent of $1,000.
