October 17

• Officers were summoned by residence hall staff to check a suspicious odor. Catherine Reeves, 19, 4577 Friley Hall, and Alison Ranker, 18, 3515 Friley Hall, were later cited for harassment of a public official at Friley Hall.

October 18

• Officers were summoned to a noise complaint. Craig Miller, 20, 3233 Frederiksen Court, and Andrew Maiers, 18, 1264 Friley Hall, were later cited for underage possession of alcohol at Frederiksen Court.
• A student officer discovered two bikes that had been thrown into the creek at the Memorial Union. The items were placed into secure storage until the owners can be identified.
• Christian Thuente, 27, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Beach Avenue and Cessna Street.
• Bjorn Metzger, 19, 212 Linden Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Welch Avenue.
• Daniel Lickteig, 20, 4912 Mortensen Rd., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Joseph Dumond, 19, 3225 Willow Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Adam Menke, 20, 2917 Wood St., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Ryan McDermott, 20, 839 Dickinson Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Abby Kratoska, 20, 432 Welch Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G3.
• Jeremy Siepker, 19, 4912 Mortensen Road, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Cutler Holland, 20, Altoona, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G3.
• Kyle Murtaugh, 20, 2644 Hunt Street, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G2.
• Derek Juhl, 20, 3824 Tripp Street, and Kara Paquette, 20, 163 N. Hyland Ave., were cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G3.
• Rachel Stork, 20, 2239 Knapp St., was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lot G3.
