September 21

• Bryan Thornton, 811 Clark Ave. #3, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jami Sonney, 2505 Aspen Rd., was arrested for public intoxication. She pleaded guilty, and was fined and released.
• Jason Duncan, 428 Freeman Vollmer, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Marshall Medley, 1414 Burnett Ave., was arrested for disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty and was fined $147 and was released.

September 22

• Laina Eichelberger, 2340 Knapp St., was arrested for interference with official acts. She was released on $325 bond.
• Steven Hinders, Eldora, was arrested for possession of a precursor, conspiracy and possession of methamphetamines. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

September 23

• Alexander Greenfield, Huxley, was arrested for possession of mushrooms with intent to deliver, a stamp tax violation, prohibited acts, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond.
• Theresa Eipsimo, 208 S. Hyland Ave. #2, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. She was released on citation.
• Daniel Finlham, 1300 Coconino Rd. #114, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. He was released on citation.
• Cynthia Vasey, Des Moines, was arrested for fifth-degree theft.
• Tamara Reed, Des Moines, was arrested for fourth-degree theft.
